Project Engineer

Define project scope, goals and deliverables, developing project plans including schedules, budget and resource allocation with collaboration with multiple departments.

Lead and motivate team members, coordinate tasks and responsibilities with team members.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.

Communicate with project stakeholders and establish project schedules, monitor schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage project risks.

Ensure product quality procedures and documents are in place and quality procedures are executed accordingly.

Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget.

Prepare and deliver project status reports.

Identify and manage project stakeholders, ensure stakeholders needs are met.

Maintain project documentation.

Implement project change management in events of changes to project plan.

Conduct project closure activities, ensure all project deliverables are completed

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Engineering.
-
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
-
Proven experience in a factory equipment manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
