Content Marketing Executive

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and industry developments to create relevant content themes.
- Manage and maintain content calendars to support campaigns, product launches, events, and brand-building initiatives.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create high-quality content including articles, case studies, product stories, videos, brochures, infographics, presentations, and digital assets.
- Transform technical information into engaging and customer-focused content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Brand Communication
- Develop compelling product messaging and campaign narratives.
- Produce customer success stories and thought leadership content.
- Review, edit, and optimize content for clarity, engagement, and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Event teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas and storytelling concepts that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Support product launches, corporate communications, industry events, and promotional activities.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends, digital platforms, and emerging storytelling formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Brand Management, or related fields are advantageous.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative Strategy, or related functions.
- Experience in B2B, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
