8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. USER RIGHTS BY JURISDICTION

Malaysia (PDPA), EU & UK (GDPR):

You have the rights listed in Section 8.

California (CCPA & Shine the Light):

  • Right to know, delete, correct data
  • Right to opt-out of sale/sharing (none conducted)
  • Non-discrimination rights
  • Right for minors to request removal
  • Access prompt by contacting us (via email or web form)

Virginia (CDPA):

  • Right to know, access, correct, delete
  • Data portability right
  • Right to opt-out of profiling or targeted advertising
  • Response time: 45 days (extension up to 90 days), appeal within 60 days
  • No sale of personal data

10. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this Policy periodically. Any changes will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may be communicated directly or via a prominent notice.
Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

  • Our site may link to external websites—not governed by this policy.
  • Links are provided for convenience; use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
  • We operate globally—your data might be transferred to jurisdictions outside Malaysia.
