Senior Account Executive

Education: Degree in Accounting or related fields

Compensation: Depending on experience

Lead the monthly account closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Analyse variances and trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Review and approve daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Coordinate with auditors for the year-end audit, facilitating smooth communication and providing necessary documentation.
Address audit findings and implement recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with tax agents to ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies. • Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
Assist in budget preparation by providing financial insights and analysis to support budgeting decision.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the IPO process, preparing financial documentation and disclosures.
